I think John and Jenny did their usual fantastic job in this lesson of making the subject matter interesting. Can I ask a favour though?

Recently, some of the elementary dialogues have been heartbreakingly dull. What happened to the funny dialogues, or the silly ones? I know you're trying to represent real life situations, but people remember things far better if they are funny, or silly, or shocking - it increases the ability to retain the information dramatically. So while having normal situations is great, and very useful, can we counterbalance it a little bit with slightly more interesting dialogue. I nearly fell asleep on the motorway listening to the fascinating story of a lady trying on some shoes and quite liking them.
