Maybe Chinesepod can add Buenos Aires to their city series someday!

February 6, 2009 at 3:48 PMHey dunderklumpen,
Maybe a translation for your sentence (傘比人一樣多/伞比人一样多)in English could be something like, "there are as many umbrellas as people [out here]." I get connotation of surprise from the way it's put together.
Also, maybe I'm totally wrong!
I love Mexican food... how funny that they serve burritos at 肯德基 (ken de ji / KFC) in China. Can I ask... how is the chicken in the burrito prepared?

As coljac said, this phenomenon would never work in English. English internet slang is all about deciphering acronyms!
Anyway, thanks for the great podcasts, and I wanted to say hello... I have been listening for about six months now and just subscribed as a member. Look forward to participating in the poddie community.
