As regards 谁不说他好， " no one don't say he is nice" is correct. That

actually means " every body says he is nice ( good )".

If it is an interrogative sentence ：谁不说他好？ I think it could mean

" who doesn‘t say he is good"?

Regarding 就 and 只， my opinion is　： 就 means " then ". That would mean，　 Ｉ　ｔｈｅｎ　ｗｅｎｔ　ｔｏ　Ｓｈａｎｇｈａｉ．

　

As regards using 只　：　Ｉ　ｔｈｉｎｋ　ｉｔ　ｍｅａｎｓ　＂ｏｎｌｙ＂．　Ｔｈｅｎ　ｉｔ　ｗｏｕｌｄ　ｍｅａｎ，　Ｉ　ｏｎｌｙ　ｗｅｎｔ　ｔｏ　Ｓｈａｎｇｈａｉ．
