As for washing clothes, machine do better than humans. But for dishes, nothing is better than human hands.

I mean having shelter is the one the most basic Maslow need. After the 2000 dot com bubble, large investments were done in real estate. Result: in most European capitals (Paris, Madrid,London) housing purchase has doubled in less a decade. If you look well at the cost of construction work, the price to cost ratio is very high. House price rise when ownership is high.

Once I went shopping for jade for a friend near YuYuan Garden. At first the price were around 150RMB on the tag, with just little bit of Chinese, I was able to buy at 5RMB. Finally back in Europe, this friend told me I bought fake jade. How do you know it's real jade ? I heard from Chinese vendors, jade can cut glass.
But I had the opportunity to buy a good quality DVD for Olympic Opening ceremony. The real stuff at the airport cost 10 times more. Here is my story.
