The sign is in a photo on the ChinesePod page for the lesson about the numbers 10 and 4. Now pay up. In all seriousness, if this is a real sign, it is either not a real interstate highway sign, or has been doctored. Interstate 4 is only in the state of Florida.

According to my girlfriend, who is from Ningbo and has been living in Shanghai for five years, 吃豆腐 has nothing to do with oral sex (which is contrary to how I had understood the term) and can involve either physical or verbal sexual harassment.
