过来 for 'come here' - is this a command?
why not say ' 来来，‘ or ' 来了‘
and the difference between ' 过来 ' and for example ' 吃过了‘

I belive that perhaps if it is purely a written statement (like a medicine prescription) take your medicine 3 times a day you would write
一日，三次 ' once a day , three times'
