我买了iphone还没送来了。想问一下大家,我应该用什么3G服务?对话的女人说她听说过联通的3G比较好,这是对不对?

I bought an iphone but it hasn't arrived yet. I wanted to ask if anyone could  give me any advice as to which 3G service I should use?

The woman in the dialogue seemed to think that China Unicom had better 3G, is this accurate?

Its just as stupid and meaningless in Chinese as "first" is in English.

I agree that it is kind of shame John. I was hoping to kind of build relationships with neighbours and stuff but apart from people trying to get their kids to talk with me in english most of the neighbors mind their own business.

There was a lady who owned a xiao mai bu near my apartment complex that I would go to all the time, one day she told me that she had a dream about me that I was helping her to stop somone from stealing her stuff.

I think that was the one we went to, it was a bit of a drive from 雅安. I remember they had a panda kindergarten that was sponsored by Mercedes or BMW or something like that. I thought that was a pretty hilarious (and adorable) bit of product placement by Mercedes or whoever it was.

How long would it normally take someone to progress from intermediate to upper intermediate?

Cos it took me 1 year 8 months or so to go from newbie to intermediate and I'm wondering how long it will be until I can begin to tackle these upper intermediate lessons without feeling overwhelmed.
