虚惊 and 一场 are frequently used together to mean "false alarm". 虚惊一场 is more common than 一场虚惊.

The answer is not very precise with this kind of "mumble" particles. Some people will say "en", some "um". But with particles like 吗 and 吧, the pronunciation tends to be quite precise.
