Goulnik, yes, but there is a heated debate how to handle this issue: http://chinesepod.com/learnchinese/%e5%bc%80%e7%93%b6%e8%b4%b9%e4%b9%8b%e4%ba%89/discussion

Thanks Amber. again an important piece of answer* *although piece is probably not a proper measure word for "answers" in English ;)

Very interesting sentence in the Expansion: "最近很多笔记本电脑都在搞促销。" If I would have translated the given sentence I would have tried the 是...的-construction 最近很多笔记本电脑都是促销的。 (Is that correct?) But here the notebooks are obviously promoting *themselves* and quite manly so by applying a 搞. Is that colloquial only?

Highly interesting topic, but a little bit too touchy to publish the data, I guess. I personally suspect that the bulk of users are Newbie, providing the main stream of revenue. However, the individual customer value is probably highest at the Intermediate levels - where high loyalty combines with maximum service utilization. Really advanced students find lots of real life materials elsewhere and do not need all the Premium "crutches" anymore (as Kyle put it), while for Newbies learning Chinese has not yet become a stable habit.

That is why I said, we know how *young* Amber is. We only got the upper limit.

I would suggest that you give away more "Personal Fixes" instead of Practice Plan sessions. The results could be collected in another "Extra"-Tab.
