Pete,
actually I am not a Trekkie. But of course I would instantaneously join KlingonPod  :P

To built up on pretzellogic:
I also plead for a reactivation of the old "V2" calendar function. And what about reviving the weekly votes, also - but this time for topic selection?

Of course, you need to have some surprise slots, e.g. for topics the majority is unaware of, to include exotic or silly stuff for variety, or for the SciFi series that John once hinted at.

bababardwans,

a Captain Kirk from the later seventies maybe, a bit washed up... ;)

That T-Shirt is from "Chinesepod - The Original Series", it is still in the 2006 design.

By the way, have you guys already found a "Klingon Jenny" for KlingonPod? It would sure add some spice to the Praxis offices...

Hi Chris, hi Pete,

it is one of many Star Trek languages - the one that has currently the most depth and the highest number of speakers on Earth (most of them non-natives, though).

Hamlet is of course available in Klingon, because according to common Trekkie wisdom, Shakespere only copied the Klingon original.

More background on Klingon is available at the Klingon Language Institute.

Klingon is also an agglutinative language, isn't it?

Here the video indeed makes much sense (besides enjoying to watch the attractive CPod podcasters).

This simply cannot be transported with pure-audio. It is a must to watch this together with the Street Food lesson.

Hi Joe,
no wonder - it is a Grammar construction and not a piece of vocab. But google gives you 1.730.000 hits on 场.

I am really looking forward to seeing the collision between 周俊's profitability and value driven rationales (which you inhale in western business schools) with the prevalent Chinese growth oriented objectives...

But 老王's hour will surely come when he activates his old comrades to drive out that nasty foreign competitor out of town...

Excellent series, by the way.
