December 2, 2008 at 9:09 AMWhy do the chinese call new year's eve 年三十 when it is on the 31st? If it is because it refers to the chinese newyear than it still isn't accurate, since january has 31 and february 28 days! ??

December 2, 2008 at 7:12 AMIt seems that everytime I do exercise 3 lately (doesn't matter from which lesson) there is at least one sentence that doesn't match with a word. This time it's the first one, I'm pretty sure the word should be 'night owl'， but I can't choose that one...

November 28, 2008 at 4:06 AMWas just curious how the advanced lessons would be and after hearing this lesson I feel relieved as well as disappointed. Relieved because I could understand a bit of the discussion, dissapointed because I couldn't understand anything of the dialogue.. I wonder how long it will take me to be ready for this level.... Interesting topic btw.

December 3, 2008 at 2:15 AMA rather simple lesson this time. How I miss the sandwiches. I wonder where the guy finds non-sweet bread, cause even the supposedly non-sweet bread I bought in Walmart/Trustmart/Century Mart is still sweet. Carrefour's bread comes close.. but it's still not like the bread on this lesson's picture (it looks a little dry though ;)
