谢谢jiaojie, 看来这个课文的翻译有点问题，因为他的内容就是"The Chao Dynasty was no more, the emperor was gone and in one night’s time I didn’t have a thing in the world."
朝廷这个词的翻译是"imperial court / imperial household"，不是"Chao dynasty"对不对？
