July 4, 2011 at 10:05 PMI had a problem with this for a long time, you can say 我学中文一年了 or 我学了一年中文，but in terms of a question, I think it is more common to use the structures at the beginning of your comment, I haven't seen anyone say 你学了多久的中文，but maybe it's possible to say it this way though.

July 5, 2011 at 2:56 AMI'd like to ask about tense in terms of the usage of 着. If I wanted to say "I'm walking and talking" I'd say 我走着说话 or something right? How would you express that if you wanted to say "I was walking and talking on the phone on the way home"?
