It's 家常便饭jia1chang2bian4fan4, which literally means homely food or a simple meal. And this phrase家常便饭has another meaning. It can mean something happen very often. For example,那对夫妻吵架是家常便饭的事。（That couple quarrel very often.）

I often use "咯" to express the happy mood in daily life too. It sounds cute and childish.^_^
To me ，tomato with fired egg西红柿炒蛋, laver egg soup紫菜蛋汤 and home common tofu家常豆腐 are the most common home dishes.
