Yup. My girlfriend's birthday is coming up. What flowers do you think I should send?
玫瑰代表爱情，当然送玫瑰了！玫瑰加百合也OK。
méigui dàibiǎo àiqíng ，dāngrán sòng méigui le ！méigui jiā bǎihé yě OK 。
Roses represent love. So send roses, of course! Roses with lilies are OK too.
老送这两样也没意思。有没有什么特别的？
