February 18, 2023 at 1:59 PMI know an English saying, “Even a blind squirrel finds a bit sometimes.” The second expression here reminds me a lot of that. We use it mostly when we get lucky despite not really knowing, like if you made a basketball bracket and ended up winning a bet despite not knowing much about basketball.
