I've noticed only a few taxi drivers using GPS in Tianjin, and even then it was probably just used as a back up if they didn't know how to get to your destination. Most drivers (even older ones) use new apps that help them get fares that have GPS built in so they know where to pick people up.

I really enjoyed watching this! Learning how to cook and use the language involved, priceless. I hope you make more of these types of cooking lessons.
