This rule applies to all words that have 2 consecutive 4th tones?
Thanks.

April 28, 2009 at 10:02 AMNow that's a PDF! Purty pictures and all. Another excellent all-around video lesson, and way to pull it all together with the menu PDF.
You guys are doing great things here.
I'm hoping the next lesson doesn't include swine...

May 15, 2009 at 3:21 PMAwesome lesson!
You can find great food just about anywhere in Taiwan. The seafood, vegetables, and fruit are by far the best I've ever eaten in my life.
Following are some photos I took at a restaurant I went to up in the mountains in 新店 (Xīndiàn), just outside of Taipei City. The food tasted as good as it looks. It's actually a fusion of Taiwanese and Japanese food...very interesting stuff. You don't order, they just bring out dish after dish (about 10 courses) - it took almost 3 hours! All for about US$25 per person.
Obviously, it's not your normal Taiwan fare, but it shows a bit of the variety you can get here. Enjoy the pics...if only you could taste them ;-)
Click on an image to view it at a more scrumptious size...ha.
哎呦,不好意思 for taking up so much real estate on this page.
