Hi, folks.  Really enjoyed the lesson.  To wit:

High frequency stuff

Useful counting

Fluency while keeping tone recognition

Big picture, not too literal

Numbers are a separate part of dialogue.  Dialogue segments good length.

Random numbers

I enjoy observing what is useful to me both as a teacher and a learner.
Laoshi hao!  hehe

Very enjoyable lesson.  I like the dramatizations which help this old coot's memory.

One more question?

zai4 kan4

In that construction, does zai4 make kan4 (look) into an ing word?

looking or is looking?

I am wondering if this is an okay translation?

yu3 yi1zhi3 xia4

Rain continuously to fall.

It has been raining continuously.

To Bob

Hi Bob. Well, under the International system preferences there is a selection you can make for pinyin. Once you select Chinese as the what? As the language you want to use, then you type in the Pinyin and the program will give you a list of Characters to choose from. Problem for me was I did not know which character to pick.

I really enjoy this lesson.  Maybe that is why I weight 250 lbs.

Especially enjoy the slight number of repetitions by Jenny.

Also enjoy the cultural aspects very much.

And the analytic angle is also help if not over done.

Not boring...

Cute: rows of bones

That's why I like Chinese.
