September 6, 2007 at 2:11 PMhallidji, Amazing detective work. I love that film and didn't even know that scene made the final cut. Henning, I think I'm more pathetic than you. Not only is he my home-state's fearless leader but I see him around town all the time.

September 5, 2007 at 8:18 AMLOL. Do it Bazza. For all that is good in this world, do it. Dave already edited out the beginning sample of the riff though.... "ding-dong. Hey I didn't order a pizza." You'll have to put that back in.

September 5, 2007 at 7:50 AMDave, You may become the Chinese version of Tay Zonday after all... "Chocolate Rain". While I think with a little remixing this song COULD be as ubiquitous as the theme song to 'Cheers', maybe you should channel your hit-making abilities a few more times for this one. How about we have a news and features show of just News and Features theme songs, let the users choose which one that's least likely to inspire them to start cutting themselves in an effort to escape the pain.

September 5, 2007 at 7:39 AMIn chinese, are names giveaways to a person's sex? Names like 'Pat' and her life partner 'Chris' can go either way. But can you tell just by a person's name if someone is a man or a woman in Mandarin. Like I know 'Mei Ling' 'Mu Lan' and 'Pan Ji' are always girl's names? are there rules or ways to tell for us non-native speakers?
