December 31, 2010 at 3:24 PMI prefer Mandarin (普通话）Pŭtōnghuà is better to listen and speak. Cantonese is a bit noisy, but i wonder why more people speak Cantonese than Mandarin. Most of the shop or the dim sum cafe (点心店）diănxindiàn majority they are speak Cantonese.
