Thank you for your comment. In this lesson, we try to paint a general picture of Chinese working culture for everyone to have a basic understanding of the customs and ways of working. This does not mean what we discussed holds true for everyone in China. We do realize that not everyone conforms to the generalization and it is not our intention to introduce oversimplified images of different cultures. We will work on the inclusion of different countries and dig deeper into the individual cultures.

Thank you for the comment! When we were designing the lesson content, we always looked up on the dictionary and tried to find out the origin of the character and its history. Since all simplified characters originated from the traditional ones, the development of the traditional characters naturally seems more logical and coherent.
