Seal or Chop carving in Shanghai

This might be somewhat off the topic but don't know where else I can ask.

 Can anyone recommend a place to get a good quality seal (chop) carved here in Shanghai at a good price?  I know there's a bunch in YuYuan but the carving quality is poor.

The chop selection is not super high but the carving quality is excellent for a great price (20 rmb per character). I bought a chop made from cow horn and had it carved.
