Dear Grace,

I will be out of Shanghai on business February 27th, so I would like to postphone our next lesson to March 6th.  Will this be OK?

Sorry, due to New Year (Jan 1st to 3rd) holiday, I will be unavailable on the 2nd of Jan.

If you have no other time on weekdays, we have to postphone the call to the 9th of Jan.
