我的老板不在乎因为他知道香港人不习惯经常说这些话。不过我觉得一般的香港人都说这些话,可能学历水平比较高的人都忘记了怎么说。

所以don't care 是“不在乎”
我的老板不在乎!
你告诉我你的老板不在乎时,我非常吃惊。因为我觉得日本人非常喜欢说:“我来了”;“我走了”;“辛苦了”…… 我学日语的时候,对这些话感到非常头痛。因为听起来都差不多,所以我想我不能去日本的公司,因为一定会说错。

中国人在春节的时候,不同地方的人会吃不同的食物。比如北方人喜欢吃饺子;而我家从来不吃饺子,只吃汤圆;Connie老师家会吃特殊的面和年糕。

Yoshi先生,我明白了。我们有一个成语和这个词语意思差不多:“察言观色” cha2yan2guan1se4.
“KY的人”应该是:不能察言观色的人。
虽然我的日语水平很差,不过还好汉字还能理解一点。:) 另外,我觉得其实日本文化中“察言观色”应该很重要吧。日本人是非常礼貌的,所以一定要“察言观色”吧。这个和中国文化也差不多。

KY就是“空気読めない”的意思。
When you cannot act according to other people's expectations, they can say "あなたは空気が読めない." 我觉得打岔的人可能是个KY的人。Does this make sense?

对不起,我回答晚了。
着 的用法是这样的:Verb1 着 Verb2 。 表示Verb2的方式。(how you do the verb2)
争 着 买单。 争=verb1 买单=verb2. 争(struggle) 。 大家怎么买单呢?大家争着买单。
Another example: 坐着看书。 怎么看书?坐着看书。
笑着走开、哭着回家……
你明白了吗?

Yoshi, 你好。这两个“了”的意思不一样。
1.in the end of the sentence: something happened or will happen .
大概是忘了我这个老朋友了吧。The guy think you maybe forget him.
下雨了。it began to rain.
2. 了 after the verb means: have done tense. 忘了
下了雨。 it rained.
So the 1st/3rd is ok. But 2nd 大概是忘我了吧。“忘我” is a word:forget myself.

In this sentence, "了" appears twice, but how do I understand this grammatically? For example, can I say like below as well?
1.大概是忘了我了吧
2.大概是忘我了吧
3.大概是忘了我吧
