Methods for Syncing Web and Iphone

你们好！

Is there a direct way to sync my vocab list on the web with my flashcards on my iphone? Do I have to go through my mobile phone service provider, surely I can do it via a usb connection? Why do I have to give more bloody $$$ to Optus!!!!

Please help!!!!
