What does 着 mean in this sentence?

I just read this sentence:

煮一锅新米粥,就着春卷下饭.

I'm not sure what 着 means.  I'm not even sure how it is supposed to be pronounced here. 

I'm also a bit unsure what 下饭 means here, but I think it means "goes well with rice".

Any input?  Thanks

Here  "就着 jiùzhe " means "eat with".

You're right, 下饭 means "goes well with rice".
