Managing my RSS feed

Hi,

I am subscribing to the RSS feed, which works fairly well.  However, I'd like not to receive any lessons below Intermediate. I tried removing Newbie and Elementary lessons from My Lessons, but it is a lot of work, picking them out one by one and Removing them.  There must be a better way.

Help?
