Help - Problems when trying to extend account

Can somebody please help me. I paid for the subscription last month which expires on 3rd July 2007. I am now trying to extend for another month using the options on the "my account" section. However, when I fill in my credit card details and then press submit, it keeps coming back with "Account is Retricted". Can somebody please help as I am really enjoying the service and would like to continue learning.

We had a few problems yesterday with our payment forms. In any case, I have now sent you payment request form through email instead. :-)

I should add that I've tried 5 times and I get the following message at the top of the screen: "This transaction cannot be processed." The only thing I can think of is that Chinese Pod's billing facility is switched off late at night.???? Anyway, if someone can get me up and running that would be great. Thanks

Hi, I've just tried to renew again and unfortunately I'm having the same problem as 2 months ago - the site will not accept my credit card. Please can you let me know why this keeps happening???

Hi Eileen,
I tried again this morning (UK time) and it worked fine. Panic over - I've been reinstated as a Premium member.

the helpsite will give you some help to solve your problem the my account button there will hopefully provide the info you need, ofcourse it won´t directly change anything... sorry it´s 00:59 for me so I´m a bit sleepy) ;-)

plz try the helpsite the tab next to conversations and there click on my account. if that doesn´t work: on the same page you find a button that gives you the opportunity to send an e-mail to the c-pod team so that you can get help from ém :-).
