Anyone know what this treatment's called? The treatment 看起来很热!

I can't seem to find any info about it except what was on the caption (hence no vocab, sorry! Thought 火 was a bit too easy.) Was hoping someone knowledgeable would come to the rescue :)

January 18, 2009 at 12:54 AMInteresting stuff.Fire therapy.[I've also just realised from that character 火,that the literal meaning of train must be fire car...presumably from the old days when trains were run on steam produced from a fire.Also the same character found as a radical in mafan...and this therapy looks a little mafan]
I think I'd prefer an 按摩 which would be more relaxing.It seems a bit drastic for a common cold.But if I was looking for excitement or something different,then it could be a different experience to have.So why not?
