Technical problem -- roll-over pinyin

Hi, I'm using CPOD on a Mac with Mozilla, and I can't get the pinyin when I roll over the characters in dialogs with my cursor like I used to. This has been happening for about the last month. I have mozilla at work on a PC, the rollover feature works ok there.

Any help would be appreciated!
