www.ondemand-english.com is great.

They've also crossed the great divide of Chinesepod by offering a "Lower-Intermediate" level.

The Rosetta stone has an English version,

Chinese people like to hear uk voices "Queens English"

i find, because it's neutral, and toned.

Actually, CPOD has a English-learning site with identical format, but it's very much geared towards business.
