Pleco software help

Have any of the other Pleco software users (AuntySue, Yyves?)  had a problem with their Palm computer crashing.

Mine did it yesterday. After I rebooted it won't recognize the unlocking key for my software. And there's no sign of my flashcards. I have most of them backed up on my computer, but I'm not sure how I restore them.

Life without my electronic dictionary is a scary prospect :-(

Thanks Yves, I've sorted it now. I just needed to HotSynch again and configure from scratch. Up and running again now :–)

I switched to Windows Mobile 18 months ago, but I don't remember coming across that problem on any of my PalmOS devices before (various Sony models). Did you check with Mike Lowe or ask on the forum?
