Electronic dictionary

大家好。。。

I just arrived in China a couple of weeks ago, studying chinese. I wan't to buy an electronic dictionary for use in class and on the street. I'm looking for a solution that allows me to write both hanzi on the screen, toneless pinyin and words in english. Does anyone have experienceses with buying this in China, please share them.

Ahh thank you. I think I'll go for the pda solution. Being in China I'm probably buying a chinese brand. Does anyone have recommendations or warnings regarding perticular chinese brands?
