What happened to Chinese ebay?

Looks like your supposed to be able to convert your account, but it won't use my user name.

It's pretty easy to register a new account anyway, you just have to select 海外 for your location.

You used to be to login with your existing ebay account, but it looks like they've separated it from the rest of ebay now.

I don't suppose I actually use it anyway though, as it's near impossible to pay for anything if you live outside China. China's paypal is incompatible with the rest of the world it seems.
