I study in...我在...念书。wo zai...nianshu.
Who is your teacher?你的老师是谁？ni de laoshi shi shui?
What is the name of your teacher?你的老师的名字叫什么？nide laoshi de mingzi jiao shenme?
My teacher is...我老师是...wo laoshi shi...
The name of my teacher is...我老师的名字是...wo laoshi de mingzi shi...

I recommend you join us at the school of hard knocks (she4hui4 da4xue2).
a) Try searching the Newbie lessons under topics such as:
1) name
2) where
3) school
4) study
5) teacher
i.e.

b) look up key words in the dictionary.
c) Try to piece it together by copying some of the phrases and substituting key words.
d) Don't worry...failure is an acceptable option at the school of hard knocks....I never forget the mistakes that made people roll on the floor.

yes, i pronounce谁shui more often.
I know both shei and shui means 谁.
