88Groups assistance

I'm having difficulty with the login at 88groups.  It says to use my Chinesepod login, and asks for an email address.  But it won't take my CP email address and password.  When I try to register for a new account, it says my username is already being used (and I know I haven't registered there before, as I didn't know about 88groups until recently).

The link for the help at 88Groups (http://help.88groups.com/) isn't working, either.
