Bad Customer Service

I was a happy customer of ChinesePod 한국어판 for a few years until I decided to stop using their services.
They automatically charged me for a yearly fee of 249$. I saw the visa billing 3 days after it happened and immediately asked them to cancel the subscription and refund my money.
Outrageously they refused.
I told them I'm willing to pay for 1 month subscription but they refused again.
ChinesePod customer service is awful and they simply don't care about the customer once you stop using their services.
I accepted my 249$ lose, but for all the people who consider to stop using them,
