Can't cancel subscription?

Hi Chinesepod support.  I'd like to cancel my subscription, but don't see an option on the Payments page.  How do I go about doing that? (Chinesepod is great, by the way -- if I was still learning the language I would definitely keep my subscription).

Yes, I have had the same problem, I have used Chinesepod before and never had a problem up until now.

I have also sent numerous emails to sales with no response, it is very frustrating.

I have been billed for an extra month which i will not be able to use.

Just go to settings and hit the button "delete account." This will cancel your current subscription. I know it's very confusing, but I found this to be the only way to cancel reoccurring billing. As soon as I hit the button, my account was still intact, but it said I wouldn't get billed for the next month.

Really? This is what ChinesePod team told Mel but I couldn't find the button on that page,,, hmmm
