Another iPhone bug - recordings don't play

The iPhone app is unusable for me, again. For the last few days, it will not play any of the voice recordings reading the sentences, in the Dialogue, Expansion and Grammar sections. The "Play" button appears with a green circle and clicking it has no effect.

I'm sorry to hear that.  Could you let me know which version of the app you are currently using (go to settings, and scroll to the bottom).  

Also, if you could let me know a particual lesson that this is happening to, that would be great.

In the meantime, perhaps you could try logging out and logging back in again, or if this doesn't work, delete and re-isntall the app, but only if that doesnt work. 

 

Apologies that this isn't a very neat fix. Let me know how it goes.
