All my bookmarked lessons wiped. All my progress wiped. It has been 3 weeks.
Please look into getting all of my original bookmarked stuff and my progress back.
I had such a beautiful arrangement of lessons completed, lessons currently underway, and lessons to complete.
I really dont think how much you realise you have messed up my entire studying pattern by wiping everything ive worked on and am working towards. I have been waiting 3 weeks for you to restore what you lost and you still havent done it!
Either tell me youve lost all of my progress completely, so i can start all over again or fix it back to the way it was.
The lessons here are awesome, and im trying to stick with you guys. But your customer service is making me pull my hair out.

My suggestion is to give us poddies the ability to backup/download/export/import our progress in different formats.
Accidents happen. In the world of computing: backup, backup, backup.
James good luck! You would be better served to start over. Perhaps develop your own tracking system. And hope CP will do something to prevent that level of loss again!
