I have recently on 2 occasions experienced a total shut-out from the ChinesePod web site while studying or working on a lesson.
The message returned on the most recent event was: Exception:\"SQLSTATE(08004)(1040)To many connections\"
The other occasion was a \"Page not found\" message when I tried to log on.
I wonder if any subscribers have encountered similar problems. I have to search through past correspondence with ChinesePod to lodge a complaint. There does not seem to be an easily accessible email address to seek all technical help. Furthermore, ChinesePod never gives a direct reply as to whether the problem has been solved.
You only found out that it was OK only when you try eventually to log on to the site.
Is there a better way to serve subscribers?
