As for the Android issue, I have told our Android developers. In the meantime I suggest making your account on a computer and then accessing the lessons through the mobile application.
For paypal, if this error continues, please send a screenshot (if you can) to support@chinesepod.com. We have had one or two other complaints about this and would like to resolve it promptly.
