Fed up with Chinese Pod non-response
Although my fees to Chinese Pod are paid up, the new format refuses to recognize me as paid up for new content though it does recognize me for old content. I wrote to Chinese Pod two days ago and still have not received an answer.

If you are referring to your previous post, we are working on resolving all these issues. We ask that our users have a bit of patience because although we know many of you use this service daily, we are unable to resolve all of these issues immediately. Please note that we are in fact working to manage these bugs and take all of your suggestions into account. If you have future issues or bugs to report, please post to this discussion, http://chinesepod.com/community/conversations/post/14009 so that we can quickly refer to all your comments.
