Issues with Chrome

Hi,

It may just be me, but I often have issues with CPod on Chrome. My most recent problem is navigation within a lesson page. If I click on other tabs, e.g. exercises or dialogue, it will simply reload the "Discussion Tab". Do you have any troubleshooting tips for this? I currently do not have the same problem on IE, but I would prefer not to use IE. Thanks.

Hey guys,

So I've brought this up to our technical team and there are a few things I would say. First, as far as the web developers and testers can tell, we do not have any problems with display on Chrome from Windows or Mac computers. They have even tested your specific accounts and this should not be a problem.

Second, this sounds similar to a problem many users had when we made the change over to the new site. The suggestion, as simplistic as it may sound, would be to clear your cache, log out, and log back in. This should (emphasis on should) resolve this issue with the tabs.

If you continue to have a problem with the tabs or any display issues, please send a more detailed email to support@chinesepod.com. This would ideally include the operating system you are using, and a screenshot of the lesson page where the problem is occuring. The more information the better for troubleshooting purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm having the exact same problem and it occurs across multiple computers with different versions of Windows, so obviously it's a compatibility issue with Chrome. Technical support was brilliantly helpful in suggesting I reload the page. Duh. And no, that doesn't help, nor does clearing the cache, etc. Did Chinesepod optimize this for the 2% of Apple fetishists that use Safari? Chrome is now the most popular web browser and it seems insane they wouldn't optimize the site for Chrome.
