November 04, 2013 at 01:09 AM posted in General DiscussionI've just started using the flashcards and I have a few questions:
1) The place to manage decks seems to be Vocabulary Manager. Is this correct?
2) It seems I can only have a word in one deck. Is this correct? (If so - feature request!)
3) What can I do in the "Edit Decks" area? It seems to only allow me to rename or delete it. Is this correct?

OK, I've learned some more things. Some of these could fall under "bugs" or at least "enhancements"
4) What does "Shared Status" mean?
5) Words in multiple decks:
If I go to Vocabulary Manager on the website, select a deck, select a word, click "more actions" and then choose another deck from "Apply Deck", the word will show up in both decks. However, if I remove it from the original decks using the "Remove" button on the Vocabulary Manager page, it disappears from Vocabulary entirely.
However, if I try to add a word to more than one list from the iPad app (by being in a lesson in say "Vocabulary" selecting a word, then hitting "Save" and selecting the list) the second time it will give me a "word has already been added error"

6) On the website, if I go to a word that is in multiple lists.
a) If I click "remove" it will remove it completely from the vocabulary, including from all lists
b) If I go to "additional actions" and under the "apply deck" section I chose a deck from there it will be added to that to the deck. Improvement suggestion: Mark this "Add to deck"
c) note that under the "remove deck" section, only the decks it is in are listed. Click one and it will be removed from that deck. Improvement suggestion: Mark this "Remove from deck"
