Downloading mp3 to mac

I'm having trouble downloading mp3 files to my mac.  It just gives me a web interface to listen to the file, but no download.  No response from ChinesePod's technical support and no pickup on their NYC line.  Has anyone had this problem and did you solve it?  Thanks
