Can't download lessons

I downloaded the  android ap update to version 3.4.2 this morning, and now it won't let me download any lessons at all except the Complimentary chinesepod course.  All others (self study or courses) it sasy 'error downloading file. Please check your connection and try again' (connection is fine as it downloads the complimentary course no problem).  Is this a bug?

v3.4.3 on Google Play now also fixes come bugs, such as a problem with basic users listening to audio. Please make sure to update.

I see now you are a basic subscriber, and I got on with a basic subscriber with the app and yes, I see your problem. I apologize for this. We are on holiday for 3 days. If you get the APK from this website, under the "Mobile" link, you can install that on your phone and have the older version until I get this fixed on the 2nd of May.

I don't see this happening on my phone or small Galaxy tablet. Are you a free, basic or premium user?

Sarayna, please go to the Settings screen and under General Settings please Clear Cache. Please then let me know if it works. Please also tell me what is the model of your Android device. Phone or Tablet?
