Duplicate Entries in Vocab List

More of a suggestion than a problem.  I would find it very useful to have a setting to eliminate duplicated entries in my self created vocabulary list.  When reviewing a lesson I will often left click a word twice by accident. Or save a word once from the lesson dialogue, and once from the vocabularly page thus creating a duplicated or triplicated (does that word exist??!) entry. Thanks for listening.
