Scheduled/Unscheduled Site Maintenance

I realize that I might have missed any scheduled maintenance announcements.  But I don't recall seeing that Cpod had announced scheduled maintenance outages for earlier today China time.   Could users be alerted to when Cpod is scheduling maintenance, and for how long on a consistent basis?  It's especially annoying when cpod don't mirror the cpod site, and users have no other cpod site to failover to.  Thanks.
